支持钢板治疗胫骨平台骨折的探讨

Buttress plate in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture

摘要我院收治的81例、84个胫骨平台骨折行胫骨平台骨折内固定手术,局限性小切口,关节面解剖复位,解剖支持钢板生物力学稳定固定,随访8～26个月,骨折愈合良好,膝关节功能恢复较满意。
