距骨骨折的基础研究及临床治疗进展

Research progress of fracture of talus

随着社会进步,高能量损伤中距骨骨折渐渐增多。距骨有6个关节面,形态不规则,血供系统特殊,构成多在关节,显露困难,许多学者对距骨解剖结构及血供系统进行深入研究,对损伤机制提出了新的见解,在传统的基础上提出了新的科学的手术入路,并在临床采用了新的内固定材料及固定方法。距骨坏死常见的并发症,采用多种方法进行治疗也取得了进展。本文就解剖研究、影像诊断、固定材料及临床治疗上作出综述。

Talus fracture is becoming more and more common with the social progress,especially the traffic development.The talus is an irregular bone with six articular surfaces and special blood supply system.Many researches had been done in talus anatomy,talus blood system,operating approach,method of internal fixation and materials of internal fixation.Treatment for necrosis of talus was improved.The review focuses on the anatomy research,imaging diagnosis,materials of internal fixation,ischemic necrosis and clinical treatment of the talus.
