摘要
采用电熔法以γ-Al2O3粉料为原料制备出晶体发育充分的板状刚玉.对其进行了化学成分、XRD和SEM分析,并做了应用实验.结果表明电熔法板状刚玉的显微结构与AL-COA板状氧化铝是一致的;电熔法板状刚玉细粉用作耐火制品的基质料可提高抗折强度,改善抗热震性.
Tabular alumina was prepared from γ Al 2O 3 powder by electrical fusion.It was investigated by chemical analysis,XRD and SEM and the application experiments were done.The results show that its microstructure was consistent with that of ALCOA tabular alumina and that the bending strength and thermal shock resistance of refractories were raised by using tabular alumina powder prepared by electrical fusion as mtrix.
