自制电解倒睫器的临床应用

Clinical application of the self-made trichiasis electrolyzer

目的探讨自制电解倒睫器治疗非内翻性倒睫的临床疗效,提供治疗倒睫的简便易行的方法。方法对2001年7月至2007年6月门诊收治的94例用自制电解倒睫器治疗的倒睫患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。所有病例均不伴眼睑内翻。结果用自制电解倒睫器治疗并随访3个月以上,94例患者中有81例一次性治疗后未再有倒睫生长,一次性治愈率86.2%,其余13例再次长出倒睫,经再次电解治疗均无倒睫生长,总治愈率100%,有3例并发睑缘畸形。结论自制电解倒睫器治疗倒睫效果较好,制作成本低廉,值得基层医院推广。

Objective To study the efficiency of the self-made trichiasis electrolyzer in the treatment of non-entropion trichiasis and to provide a simple treating method.Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with non-entropion trichiasis treated by trichiasis electrolyzer from July 2001 to June 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of all 94 patients,81 never grew trichiasis after applying the self-made trichiasis electrolyzer for more than three months,a one-time cure rate of 86.2% and the remaining 13 experienced trichiasis again but recovered after another treatment,a total cure rate of 100%.Complication like lower eyelid deformity occured to three cases only.Conclusions The self-made trichiasis electrolyzer is effective in treating trichiasis and is worth promoting in hospitals at primary level.
