在新能源汽车示范推广试点的13个城市反映出若干问题、电池技术有待突破、充电站标准尚未统一的情况下,四部委试图通过一系列激励政策、借助电动车做一次新能源汽车产业化的弯道超车。
There are some problems in 13 pilot cities to spread new engergy vehicle,such as battery to be developed and charging station to be standarded. With a series of policy,the four ministeies draw support from electromobile to perfect the industrialization of new energy automobiles.
