摘要
提出一种新型的主动控制节流气体润滑轴承,建立了该轴承的理论分析模型,并解决了数值计算中多重迭代与快速收敛问题.试验研究结果表明,该轴承通过主动控制节流器对轴承压力反馈控制。
Combined surface restriction with active controlled restriction,a new gas lubricated journal bearing with active controlled restrictor is proposed. Combined engineering calculation method with finite element method (FEM), a general principle and bearing configuration are explained,and a theoretical model of the bearing is given. With the help of the mode,the alternating is simplified and the convergence progress accelerated in the computation. Both theoretical and experimental results confirmed the good static characteristics of the bearing through the active feed back controlling of bearing working pressure by the active controlled restrictor.
