投标标书评价模型的研究

Study of the Model of Bid Evaluation

研究了工程招标投标过程中最重要的环节——标书评价问题，分析了我国大型建设工程评标过程中存在的缺陷和不足，结合国际大型建设工程合同条件提出了投标商标书评价指标体系，并对指标体系中的指标进行量化，提出了基于人工神经网络的标书评价模型。

The bid evaluation of bidding process in large scale project in China is studied. The index system of bid evaluation is presented. The indexes in the system are quantified in accordance to international standard. A model of bid evaluation based on ANN is suggested and the program is developed on computer.
