摘要 本文要点 晕厥可见于所有年龄段，40％的人在一生中 有过晕厥发作 晕厥就诊病人并不多 良性神经性晕厥最常见 心律失常或结构性心肺疾病引起的心源性晕 厥随年龄的增加而增加 心源性晕厥可引起病死率增加，必须被排除 晕厥病人并不都需要做脑影像学、颈动脉多 普勒超声、脑电图和胸部X线检查。
