控制性超排卵中出现低LH是否需要常规添加LH?

摘要 以往的观点认为在控制性超排卵(COH)中,只要有足量的卵泡刺激素(FSH)就可以维持卵泡的发育和成熟,而黄体生成素(LH)并不重要。近年来,随着对卵泡生长发育机制认识的深入及促排卵技术的发展,LH浓度过低对COH结局的影响逐渐受到重视。本文就COH中低LH是否影响体外受精(IVF)的助孕结局以及是否需要添加LH进行综述。 Luteinizing hormone (LH) plays an important role not only in the production of steroids but also in the development and maturation of follicles. However, pregnancy rate of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) is not reduced by low LH levels after down regulation without adding exogenous LH. The early supplementation of LH to unselected patients may be detrimental to pregnancy outcome. Moreover, even for some specific subgroups such as women of advanced age, poor responders and women with low serum LH level, LH supplementation during ovarian stimulation may not be beneficial.
