Study on Application of Fuzzy Cluster Analysis in the Bargaining of Use Right to Our Allocated Land

选用模糊聚类分析法对我国建设用地中划拨土地使用权交易现状进行了分类和综合评价．通过对各省市划拨土地使用权交易的分析，从两个方面对我国划拨土地使用权交易现状进行了分类，分别把我国３０个省市划分为五个等级，并在此基础上实现了对我国划拨土地使用交易的综合评价．

The method of cluster analysis was selected to assort and comprehensively evaluate the actuality of use right to allocated land in our land occupation. On the basis of analysising bargaining of use right to allocated land of different province and town′s, we divided allocated land into five grades by two aspects, and then completed the comprehensive evaluation for bargaining of use right to our allocated land.
