Proposed a set of new type system made up of circuit working emulation and fault simulation, which is developed by modern means such as multimedia and computer techniques and so on. The aim of this system is to raise training effects, increase training contents, enlarge trained staffs and realize “experiences & science”. The basic structure, global functions, operation principles, means as well as key techniques being adapted are introduced.
