摘要
冲突在任何时期的任何社会都存在。在开放的社会,冲突的表现形式更是多样化。中国的传统文化中的"和谐"、"大同"理念使人们长期以为冲突是社会中一个消极的现象。然而很多时候,冲突是彼此对立的各群体之间关系的润滑剂,冲突对社会的积极功能长期以来遭到忽视。当然,无序的冲突对社会的危害也是显而易见的。如何根据社会发展的现实,正视社会冲突并使得冲突在一个合理机制中运行,是当前一个不容忽视的问题。
social conflicts run through all types of society.There will be various forms of conflicts in a open society.The public supposed conflicts as passive factor according to the ＂harmony＂,advocated the traditional culture.However,conflicts play a positive role——adjusting the relationship of various groups,each of whom has their own interests and value——that has been neglected for a long time.Certainly,conflicts without being ruled will lead to a chaos.So how to deal with social conflicts now has become a important task.
