摘要
研究了铝铸铁中氧的存在形式及其在凝固过程中的分布状况,并在此基础上提出了钝化理论.根据钝化理论,铝铸铁中的氧会与铝形成原子集团,使氧失去参与反应的活性,在宏观上表现为氧的活度系数降低.由于钝化作用,氧原子在凝固过程中迁移困难,最后均匀分布在固态组织中,电子探针分析证实了这一现象.
The displaying form and distributing condition of oxygen in solidification have been studied in aluminium cast iron. According to the study, this paper puts forward a “Inactivation Theory”. By this theory, Aluminium in liquid Aluminium Cast Iron will form the group of atoms with Oxygen and make Oxygen lose the activity of participating reaction. This shows the decrease of Activity Coefficient of Oxygen in physical chemistry. Due to Inactivation, the Oxygen atoms hardly move in the process of solidification, and thus are distributed in uniformly solid structures. This is proved by electronic probe analysis too.
