美洲黑杨杂种无性系对食叶害虫抗性的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用网室放养、人工摸拟的方法,从植物抗虫机理的三个方面,研究了食叶害虫对杨树无性系的选择性和偏嗜性、不同无性系对害虫的生理抗性及不同无性系的耐虫性。同时,还调查了各无性系田间被害程度。结果表明,69杨×美洲黑杨的52号抗虫性最强;69杨×美洲黑杨的65号、66号和西玛场的抗性较强,与69杨相近;69杨×青杨的1062号、1145号的抗虫性较差,与 I-214杨相近。 By using net room rearing and artificial simulated methods, the selectivity and voracity of defoliators to Populus clones and their phy- siological resistance of the different clones to pests were studied in three aspects of mechanisms of resistance of plants.Field injured degrees of the various clones also were investigated.The results showed that of all the trial clones pest resistance of (P,deltoides cv.‘Lux’×P.deltoides) -52 Was the most powerful,(P.deltoides cv.‘Lux’×P.deltoides) -65,(P. deltoides cv‘Lux’×P.deltoides)-66,and P.euramerican cv.‘Sima’ were less powerful,and similar to that of P.euramericana cv‘I-214’.
