试论学校对青少年的惩罚教育

Discussion on the Penalty Education of School to Youngsters

赏识是教育的一种手段,惩罚是教育的另外一种手段。青少年的成长并不全靠自律,许多地方都需要老师和家长的强制。正因为这样,宗教、法律和教育都要研究惩罚的功效,以达到迅速转变学生的目的。就青少年教育而言,适当的惩罚可以使之明礼诚信、性格坚强。惩罚是用眼前的痛苦换来长远的幸福。没有惩罚的教育是不完整的教育。

Just like recognition, penalty is another method of education. Youngsters＇ growth does not entirely depend on autonomy, so teacher＇s and guardian＇s compulsion is still needed. Therefore, the effect of penalty is studied by religion, law and education to transform students rapidly. As far as youngsters＇ education, suitable penalty may help them build good faith and strong disposition. To some extent, the education without penalty may be an incomplete education.
