摘要 采用实验法在初中生体育教学过程中实施契约学习法,以验证此法对于提高学生体能水平、促进学生身体形态发育、增强学生技能水平和体育学习兴趣等方面的效果。实验结果支持研究假设,有效提高了初中学生的体育学习自导能力和体育锻炼的自我控制能力,实现了师生互动交流的良好体育学习和课外体育锻炼氛围,发展了相互尊重的师生及友伴关系,从而有助于形成体育教学新格局。 In order to verify the effects of contract learning method applying in the physical education for the secondary school students,such as improving the students physical ability,promoting the growth of the students' body shape,enhancing their level of motor skills and their learning interests of sports,the author carried out contract learning in the physical education class for the secondary school students with teaching experiment.The hypotheses were proved right and the results show that applying learning contract in physical education can enhance the students' ability of self-directed learning and their ability of self-control in physical exercises.Applying learning contract in physical education can also create the better atmospheres of sports learning and extra curricular exercises basic on the mutual communication between teachers and students,and it develops the relationship between the teacher and students or between the students and their partners with mutual respect.It is helpful to create a new teaching style of physical education.
