对我国优秀运动员文化教育现状与保障体系构建优化的研究

Research on Current Situation of the Top Athletes'Education and Optimization about Security System of Athletes' Education

运动员文化教育不仅关系到运动员的前途,更是关乎竞技体育可否持续发展的大事。通过文献资料法、专家访谈法,在回顾我国运动员文化教育的四段历程与现状的基础上,探讨了运动员教育保障体系的内涵与外延,并提出四点优化构想:1)制度层面优化,健全相关法律法规;2)技术层面优化,提高实际运作效果;3)社会环境优化,创造良好教育环境;4)发展保障优化,服务于优秀运动员退役后的职业转换。

Education for athletes not only relates the future of the athletes,but also impacts the sustainable development of sports.The paper through the literature and expert interviews,based on the review of the history and current situation of the education of the athletes,discussing the connotation and extension of security system of the athletes education and put forward a four-point optimization measures： 1） optimizing system level,timely revised laws and regulations;2） at the technical level optimization,improve operational effectiveness;3） the social environment is optimized to provide a good educational environment;4） development guarantee optimization,service to the excellent retirement＇s professional.
