摘要
本文在前期崂山茶园土壤养分研究的基础上,分不同季节对茶叶进行采样分析,运用HPLC法,测定茶叶中儿茶素总量及主要组分含量,并计算儿茶素品质指数,分析儿茶素各组分在不同季节及不同养分水平茶园的变化动态。结果表明:茶叶中的儿茶素总量、非酯型儿茶素、酯型儿茶素及儿茶素各单体C、EC、EGC、GCG、ECG、EGCG均呈现出春低、夏高、秋居中的季节性变化规律,儿茶素品质指数也呈现出同样的变化规律;在不同土壤养分水平下茶叶中儿茶素总量、非酯型儿茶素、酯型儿茶素,无论在春夏秋季均存在显著差异,养分水平低的茶园各含量明显低于养分水平均衡的茶园。
Based on previous study on soil nutrient of tea garden in Laoshan,the total tea catechins content and major component content of tea samples collected in different seasons and different tea gardens were tested by HPLC method and the catechin quality index was calculated to analyze the dynamic changes of the catechins component of tea samples from different seasons and tea gardens with different levels nutrient.The results showed that the total catechins content,non-ester-type catechins,ester-type catechins and catechin constituents of C,EC,EGC,GCG,ECG,EGCG all were lower in spring and higher in summer,and the catechin quality index had the same change tendency.Furthermore,the total amount of catechins,non-ester-type catechins and ester-type catechins of tea samples in soil with different levels nutrients had significant differences in different seasons and that in tea garden with low nutrient level were significantly lower than those in tea garden with equilibrium nutrient.
