不同抗旱措施对油桃采果期叶片生理活性指标的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Different Anti-drought Measures on Physiological Activity Characteristics of Leaves in Fruit Picking Period of Nectarine

摘要 本试验以6年生曙光油桃为材料,采用随机区组实验设计,研究了黑膜覆盖、秸秆覆盖、保水剂及各浓度抗蒸腾剂(2、4、6、8 g/L)对油桃采果期叶片生理指标的影响。结果表明:黑膜覆盖、秸秆覆盖、保水剂和各浓度抗蒸腾剂均能不同程度地提高油桃叶片含水量、相对含水量,增加叶片叶绿素a与叶绿素b的含量,降低叶片饱和亏,并使叶片游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、细胞膜透性和可溶性糖含量维持在较低水平,其中以6 g/L抗蒸腾剂的作用效果最显著。说明实施抗旱措施后,有利于减轻干旱对油桃的影响,使植株生长发育趋近于正常供水状态。 Taking 6-year-old Shuguang nectarine trees as the materials,the effects of black membrane,straw mulching,aquasorb and the different concentration antitranspirant(2,4,6,8 g/L) on the nectarine physiological index were studied by randomized block design.The results showed that: black membrane coverage,straw coverage,aquasorb and the different concentration antitranspirant could inordinately improve the water content of the nectarine leaf and relative water content,decrease leaf saturation deficit,make the proline content,superoxide dismutase activity,peroxidase activity,malonaldehyde and soluble sugar content in the leaf keeping a relatively low level,and increase the leaf's chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content,but 6g/L antitranspirant had the most significant effect.It was proved that the implementation of anti-drought would mitigate the effects of drought environment on the nectarine,so that the supply for the plant growth and development approached normal levels.
