三七种子后熟期的生理生化动态研究 Ⅰ.不同贮存条件对种子活力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究三七种子不同贮存条件下活力变化情况,了解三七种子的生理特性,为生产中三七种子保存提供科学依据。方法:采用TTC法测定不同温度保存种子的活力,同时定期分析水分含量、呼吸速率的变化情况。结果:三七种子在后熟期间的活力变化因贮藏条件的不同而不同,且随着贮藏时间的延长,均表现为不同程度的下降。结论:室温层积较其它贮藏条件更适合保持三七种子在后熟期间的种子活力。 Object:To study variation of seeds in Panax notoginseng for store it's seeds through science methods.Methods: Through menstruating the endurance of the difference store temperature of the seeds by TTC.Results: It was found that the stockpile behavior of P.notoginseng seeds presumably like recalcitrant seeds and the lowest safe moisture content of the seeds was 17 %.Conclusion:The seed of P.notoginseng was recalcitrant and that the seed was hypersensitive to the low temperature and it was unsuited to store the seeds in it.
