摘要
通过2倍稀释法和熏蒸法检测了入侵杂草土荆芥挥发油对常见3种皮肤真菌羊毛状小孢子菌(Microsporum canis)、絮状表皮癣菌(Epidermophyton floccosum)、红色毛癣菌(Trichophyton rubrum)的抑菌效果。结果表明:土荆芥挥发油对这3种皮肤真菌最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为1~2和4~8 mL.L-1,除了对这3种真菌有直接的抑菌外,土荆芥挥发油还表现出熏蒸的间接抑制作用。为进一步开发利用土荆芥资源提供了科学的依据。
Using 2-fold serial dilution method and fumigating method,the activity of volatile oil from an invasive weed,Chenopodium ambrosioides L.on Microsporum canis,Epidermophyton floccosum and Trichophyton rubrum were investigated.The results indicated that volatile oil from C.ambrosioides could effectively inhibite M.canis,E.floccosum and T.rubrum directly and indirectly.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and the minimal bactericidal concentration(MBC) was 1-2 and 4-8 mL·L-1,respectively.This study provided scientific basis for the further development of C.ambrosioides.
