摘要
阐述了一种连铸机非对称振动在控制系统中的实现方法,与精确函数关系取得的给定值比较,算法得到的给定值与它非常接近,有效地提高了运行中的计算速度,保证了控制的及时性、实效性和稳定性,控制精度较高,取得了良好的效果。
This paper described implementation of asymmetric vibration of continuous casting machine in control system,and compared it with the given value obtained by the precise function.The value by the algorithm is very close to it,that effectively enhances the calculation of speed of operation and ensures timeliness,effectiveness and stability,and accuracy of the control;and achieved good results.This provides a good reference for other high-speed response control of the application object.
