钢包用碱性耐火浇注料的性能研究 被引量:1

Property of Basic Castable Refractory for Ladle Lining

摘要 以镁砂为主要原料,通过改变基质中Al2O3细粉的加入量,在110℃、24h烘干,1500℃、3h烧成制度下,研究了Al2O3细粉的加入对碱性浇注料性能的影响。结果表明,当Al2O3细粉的加入量大于或小于5%时,碱性浇注料显气孔率大、耐压强度低、抗渣性能差。当Al2O3细粉加入量为5%时,碱性浇注料综合性能优良。 Effect of Al2O3 powder addition on properties of magnesite refractory is investigated after drying at 110℃ for 24 hours and sintering at 1500℃ for 3 hours.The experiment shows that addition of more or less than 5% of Al2O3 powder may increase ratio of apparent porosity and decrease its cold crushing strength and slag resistance.The basic castable refractory has good properties by adding 5% Al2O3 powder,it can remarkably improve properties.
