提升学科建设水平 发展地方工科院校研究生教育

Construction of Better Disciplines for Development of Postgraduate Education of Local Engineering Colleges

高校的学科建设与研究生教育互动关系密切,相互制约又相互促进。地方工科院校与其它高校相比,学科建设发展方向、研究生教育目标等都具有一些新的特点。本文阐述了地方工科院校研究生教育与学科建设的内在联系,结合南昌航空大学学科建设现状及近年来加快学科建设进程、深化研究生教育改革工作实践,提出了促进地方工科院校学科建设发展及研究生教育的若干建议。

Based on the practice of the reform of Nanchang Aviation University, the authors of this paper have propesed some measures on how to improve the pest-graduates education of the local engineering colleges with bettered disciplines.
