基于灰色关联决策模型的黑启动方案评估

Assessing black-start schemes based on grey incidence analysis model

在发生大面积停电事故后,快速优选出可行的黑启动方案对加快电力系统恢复的速度具有至关重要的作用。在分析现有的黑启动方案评估流程的基础上,提出一种新的基于灰色关联模型的黑启动方案评估方法。接着,通过一个实际系统的算例验证所提出的新方法的可行性。分析结果表明该方法是有效、可行的。

Selecting out the optimal black-start scheme is helpful for quickening the process of power system restoration after a larger-scale disturbance.In this paper,the flowchart of the assessment of black-start schemes is analyzed,and a new grey incidence analysis model based method for assessing black-start schemes is presented.Then,the feasibility of the new method is tested by a real power system.The simulation result shows that the method is effective and feasible.
