某发电公司LW6-220型液压机构经常发生液压油渗漏问题,如果不及时有效地消除缺陷将严重影响电力输送和电力生产的稳定性和安全性并造成了巨大的经济损失。根据厂家的产品数据资料并结合多年的一线维护检修经验,分别针对液压机构发生内漏和外漏所暴露的不同现象(SF6断路器在分闸和合闸状态下是否漏油),依照液压机构的油路系统分析了漏油的原因,并提出了查找漏点和消除漏点的主要处理方法。希望能对同类型设备的维护、消缺起到一定的借鉴参考作用。

The oil leakage always occurs in the hydraulic units of the LW6-220 SF6 circuit breakers.It seriously influences the power transmission,the stability and safety of the power production,and causes huge economy loss.With the data from the manufacture and several years front-line experience on maintenance,the locating and the eliminating methods of the leak are put forward for the different phenomena of the outer and inner leakage of the hydraulic units respectively（if the SF6 circuit breakers leak on the open or close state） according to leakage reason.
