摘要
研究了在UO2(NO3)2-HNO3-N2H5NO3体系中,以镀钌钛网为阳极,钛板为阴极电解还原制备铀(Ⅳ)的方法;探讨了电流密度,肼浓度,铀浓度,硝酸浓度以及隔膜等对铀(Ⅵ)电解还原的影响,确定了电解还原制备铀(Ⅳ)最佳的工艺条件;在隔膜电解时,U(Ⅵ)的还原率可达100%,而无隔膜电解还原时,U(Ⅵ)的还原率为62%.
The electrolytic reduction of uranyl nitrate with ruthenized titanium net anode and titanium plate cathode has been studied. The effects of current density,the concentrations of urany1 nitrate,hydrazine and nitric acid as well as the cation exchange membrane on the electrolytic reduction of U(Ⅳ) were investigated and discussed. The optimum conditions for the U(Ⅳ) preparation have been found,the reduction rates for U(Ⅵ) is about 100% and 62% in membrane and membrane free electrolytic reduction respectively.
