摘要
为提高高校图书馆馆员服务意识,提升图书馆的服务水平,文章提出在图书馆馆员与读者、馆员与馆员以及图书馆与读者群体之间建立一个全方位的立体交流体系,并以此作为支撑,充分发挥高校图书馆教学和科研的辅助作用,进一步提高读者的满意度。
To strengthen the service consciousness of the librarians and upgrade their service levels, this paper proposes a comprehensive three-dimensional communication system established between librarians and readers, librarians and librarians, as well as between the library and its readership. Based on the communication system, the supplementary role of university libraries can be brought into full play to serve readers to their entire satisfaction.
