摘要
介绍了广东珠海金湾发电有限公司2×600MW超临界燃煤机组配套的石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)装置,包括主要设计参数、流程及组成部分等。重点分析了FGD系统在运行中存在的煤质变化大、除雾器堵塞、GGH堵塞等问题及其解决措施,通过不断完善和解决这些问题,为FGD系统安全、经济运行提供了保障,可为同行提供有益借鉴。
The limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization （FGD） system of 600 MW supereritical coal-fired unit in Guangdong Zhuhai Jinwan power company limited is introduced, including its main design parameters, system process and parts of system etc. Some problems and its solving measures met in the operation such as big change of coal quality, blockage of mist eliminator and GGH are analyzed. This offers a good reference for the operation of FGD system.
