高强度螺栓连接结构锅炉钢构架制造技术

摘要 钢构架是锅炉的承力部件,它支撑锅炉本体的重量,并抵御地震、风及炉膛额定爆炸力等荷载。就金属耗量而言,一台300MW锅炉重量在7 000多吨,构架重量约占总重的1/3,所以钢构架是锅炉产品制造的重要组成部分。本文从高强度螺栓结构钢构架的结构特点入手,系统地介绍了独特的制造工艺。 The steel frame is the pressure bearing part of boiler which supports the weight of boiler proper and can resist the load of earthguake, wind and furnace rated explosion force. Inthe view of metal consumption,the weight of a 300MW boiler is over 7000tons and the frame would cover about 1/3. So steel frame is on important component of boiler manufacture. This paper introduces the spe- cial manufacture technology systemicly on the base of the structure feature of high - strength bolt - strength bolt structure steel frame.
