This paper provides a Fuzzy Controller System(FCS)based on Neural Network(NN)with Genetic Algorithm(GA)learning method. It is known that using the BP algorithm to train a neural network always gets a local optimal solution. However, GA in this paper is global optinization techniques that avoid many of the shortcomings exhibited by local search techniques in difficult search spaces.
