摘要
利用ANSYS软件的计算流体动力学CFX模块对低速重载的油膜轴承油膜性能进行了三维流场数值模拟分析。通过分析不同间隙下油膜压力的分布规律,发现只有在一定的条件下,相对间隙对油膜压力的影响才遵从相对间隙越小油膜压力越大的规律;在三维油膜流场分析中,这个规律在一定相对间隙范围内不存在,适合的间隙才是油膜形成的关键。这为动压滑动轴承的润滑流体的三维润滑分析方法提供了借鉴。
Applying the fluid dynamics CFX module in ANSYS software, perform the analysis about numerical simulation calculation of three-dimensional flow field for low speed and heavy load oil-film bearing.By analyzing the distribution rule of oil film pressure at gap difference, found only in given conditions, accordingly, the smaller relative gap, the bigger the oil film pressure, when apply numerical simulation calculation of three-dimensional flow field, discovering, this rule does not exist within the gaps.Suitable gap are the key to the form of oil film.This provides a reference for three-dimensional lubrication analysis of dynamic bearing lubrication fluid.
