摘要
针对机电液一体化注吹瓶机的电气控制系统的设计,在分析注吹瓶机的工艺以及控制性能要求的基础之上,提出3种控制系统的设计方案:方案1为自主设计高性能低成本的设计方案,方案2为PLC+其它自主研制控制模块的高性能低成本的设计方案,方案3为PLC+选择配置PLC各种专用控制模块的设计方案.阐述了每种设计方案的电路原理,对性能进行了分析,列表进行了比较,并对应用状况进行了说明.有市场实用价值.
Based on analyzing the process and control performance requirements of injection stretch blow molding machine, three control system design schemes have been proposed. The first one is independently designed with high performance and low cost. The second one is PLC + other control module independently designed with high performance and low cost. And the third, PLC + optional configuration of special PLC control module. The circuit principle of the schemes have been analyzed. And the application of each scheme has been discussed based on the comparison of the performances.
