摘要
本文运用一种新颖的方法--配体交换法制备5-氨基-1,10邻菲罗啉(Aphen)功能化的CdS纳米微粒,通过IR测试显示,Aphen接枝在CdS纳米微粒的表面。功能化后的CdS纳米微粒呈现单分散分布,XRD谱图表明功能化的APhen-CdS微粒和纯的CdS纳米微粒相比较,微粒仍然是立方晶的结构且粒径没有发生改变仍保持3-5nm。
In this paper,5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline(APhen) functionaled CdS nanoparticles(NPS)were synthesized via a novel ligand-exchanged.IR spectra show the Aphen was grafted surface of CdS NPS.Functionaled CdS NPS were uniformly dispersed.XRD spectra indicated the APhen-CdS NPs still had a cubic crystal structure and a diameter of about 3.0-5.0 nm as before functionalization of CdS NPs.
