摘要 介绍了一种新的残酸处理工艺技术。气田酸压施工过程中产生的残酸废液酸性强、粘度大,并含有H2S,直接排放会引起环境污染。该工艺技术是使井口酸液分离器分离出的残酸依靠自身压力进入残酸缓冲罐,缓冲罐中的残酸经过残酸加压泵加压和压缩空气混合后进入焚烧炉焚烧,这样可以比较彻底解决环境污染的问题,同时也不存在H2S对操作人员身体健康的危害。 Because the reacted acid produced from acid fracturing in gas field has a high acidity,high viscosity and includes H2S,it will pollute environment if it is immediately discharged.The new technology on reacted acid treating is introduced as follows: First,the reacted acid come from acidizing fluid separator in well head go into reacted acid surge tank.Second,it is added pressure by adding pressure pump and blended with compressed air.Then they go into incinerator and incinerate.In the end,it is discharged into air.So environment contamination is resolved exhaustively and the harm to operator from H2S is avoided.
