国际CBD的发展及对南京的启示

CBD是经济全球化和信息化快速发展的结果,是城市新空间。文章从CBD的等级规模、形成条件、区位选择3个方面入手对国际CBD的发展状况进行了归纳研究,指出国际CBD根据规模和服务功能分为3个等级;根据发展过程和形成条件可以分为3个类型,并对中国CBD进行了初步评估;根据城市形态、交通格局和发展方向可将CBD的区位分为4种类型。在此基础上,进一步对南京CBD的有序发展提出建议。

CBD is the result of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology,and it is the new urban space.From respect of the level of the scale,form,location choice,This article approaches to summarized research on the international development of the CBD.According to the scale and services,international CBD are divided into 3 grades.According to the development process and the formation of conditions,those can be divided into 3 types,and CBD in China are carried out a preliminary assessment.According to the urban form,traffic patterns and direction of development,those may be divided into 4 types.On this basis,3 proposals are put forward for the CBD of Nanjing to help to develop orderly.
