摘要
晓庄国际广场工程为一栋高层多塔商住楼,地上30层,建筑高度104 m,部分框支剪力墙结构,属超限高层建筑。介绍了工程的特点和结构设计情况,并针对高位转换和结构超限,采取了基于性能的抗震设计和比现行规范要求更为严格的抗震措施。经对结构进行多模型、多软件及线性和非线性结构分析,结果表明,结构的工作状态和性能均能达到设计的预期性能目标和规范要求。
Xiaozhuang International Plaza is a composite multiple-tower high-rise commerical-reidential building with 30-storey on the ground and 104 meters of total height.It is partial frame-supported shear walls structure and it ranks the high-rise building beyond code limits.The characteristics and structural engineering design are introduced.A performance-based seismic design and more stringent anti-seismic measures than the current criterions are adopted.The structure is analyzed with multi-model,several softwares and linear and nonlinear analysis.The results show that the work state and performance of athe structure can meet the design target of performance and criterion requirements.
