摘要
常州青洋路高架桥钢箱梁为变高扭曲面箱体,线形复杂,加工制作难度大。根据钢箱梁的结构特点,制定相应的制作工艺和工装设计,运用计算机三维展开放样,通过数控切割下料,变截面扭曲加工新技术,边侧块体反造法组装,全桥正造法预拼装等工序完成变截面钢箱梁制造。
Changzhou Qingyang Road Viaduct is constructed with steel box girders with heightening warp surfaces,which is difficult in machining and fabricating,due to its complexity.The paper explains the fabrication process and jig design according to the structural features,and develop the lofting by means of three-dimensional method.The steel box girder will be fabricated through procedures including NC cutting,new technology on torsion of variable cross-section,upside-down method for side block assembly and upright method for general assembly of the whole bridge.
