上海社区医院医生对良性前列腺增生症的诊治现状调查及问题分析

A Hospital-based Survey on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia in Community Hospitals

目的了解上海社区医生对老年男性良性前列腺增生症的诊治中存在的问题,从而指导社区医生更好地对该病进行诊治。方法对上海市5家社区医院内参与前列腺疾病门诊诊治工作的医生进行调查问卷,收集该社区医院医生对良性前列腺增生症的诊治情况,并指派泌尿外科专科医生协同该社区医生一起对社区中的良性前列腺增生症的患者或疑似有良性前列腺增生症的患者进行诊治。结果 31例医生中,参加过BPH相关知识培训的占54.8%(17/31),了解国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)量表和良性前列腺增生症关系的占51.6%(16/31),在对BPH的治疗中,有16.1%(5/31)的医生不知道BPH手术指征。结论目前上海社区医生对良性前列腺增生症有初步认识,但对该病的规范化诊断治疗掌握不够,故针对社区医生关于该疾病的相应知识培训是必要的。

Objective To identify the shortcomings in the diagnosis and treatment of benign prostate hyperplasia （BPH） in community hospitals in Shanghai.Methods Totally 31 physicians from five community hospitals were surveyed regarding the diagnosis and treatment of BPH.Results Of these 31 physicians,only 17 physicians （54.8%） had received relevant trainings on BPH,17 （51.6%） knew the relationship between International Prostate Symptom Score （IPSS） and BPH.Furthermore,5 physicians （16.1%） did not know the surgical indications of BPH.Conclusion Doctors in community hospitals in Shanghai have a preliminary understanding of BPH but still lack adequate training.
