The Study on the Higher Education of the Disabled from the Perspective of Human Capital Theory

The present-day theorists study higher education for the disabled mostly from the perspective of social welfare and social justice. It is a new subject to carry out the study from the perspective of human capital theory. The disabled who accept higher education is an important part of the human resources, and they can create more economical and social value to society far beyond the investment to them. That education policy-makers consider the higher education of the disabled as the important part of entire social human capitals has an important theoretical and practical significance.
