浅析政府决策的有效性问题

A Preliminary Study on Effectiveness of Government Decision-making

随着我国行政改革的不断深化和世界经济的日益全球化,我国政府在进行有效决策时面临越来越多的挑战。现代社会的多元化发展趋势要求政府决策更加注重对公民回应性和有效参与度的提高。有鉴于此,政府应该着力从决策输入、决策制定和决策输出三个阶段的各个方面进行改进,通过采取扩大参与主体、增加信息输入的透明度、引进科学的决策方法以及完善监督反馈的保障机制等措施来提高政府决策有效性。

With the intensifying of administrative reform and the economic globalization, the government faces more and more challenges during the process of making an effective decision. Development of social diversity requires more response and participation of the citizens. Therefore, the government should improve three stages of making decisions, namely, the input, the decision-making and the output. The efficiency of government policy decision can be improved by expanding the participation parties, increasing the transparency of governmental information, bringing in scientific decision-making methods and perfecting feedback mechanism of supervision.
