With the development of theory and practice, one of the major topic with which the Ideological and Political Education in Institution of Higher Education is faced is strengening the pertinency and effectiveness. The Ideological and Political Education of Culture Type in Institution of Higher Education is more an important conception than a new pattern. It is a rational reply to the pretty pass with which the Ideological and Political Education in Institution of Higher Education is faced, and so the culture value of Ideological and Political Education is appered. Strengthening the cultural accumulation, creating the cultural atmosphere and expanding the cultural space are not only the important tactics to reinforce the cultural conscious of the Ideological and Political Education in Institution of Higher Education but also the major way to mold the Ideological and Political Education of Culture Type in Institution of Higher Education.
