摘要
从采购中的供应商资源价值角度,分析企业的供应商资源所能带来的未来收益及其创新能力.提出供应商资源价值结构优化配置方法,从绩效评价因子和潜能因子方面入手,对供应商资源价值合理性和协调性程度进行了科学评价.
From the angle of supplier resources values, this paper analyzes the prospective benefits and creative capacities resulting from the supplier resource. Based on the factors used in the evaluation of performances and potentials, the paper scientifically assesses the rationales and coordination extents of supplier resource values, and furthermore proposes a method to structurally optimize the disposition of these values.
