通过立法,建立和完善刑事被害人国家补偿制度,对于保障人权、促进社会和谐、预防和打击犯罪、提高司法权威无疑具有重大意义.为此,拟对我国刑事被害人补偿立法设计的相关问题作一探讨.

It is of great significance for safeguarding human right, promoting social harmony, preventing and cracking crime and improving judicial authority to set up and complete criminal victim state compensation system by legislation. This paper has made some research on the relevant issues of China criminal victim compensation legislation.
