Innovation, the everlasting strength of national thriving and development, sustains the progress of a nation. Innovation consciousness, innovation spirit and competence are the core of quality education, the requirement and guarantee of society progress and development. Problem consciousness is the cradle of innovation spirit. Modern psychology study shows that realizing the problem is the beginning of thinking and thinking without problem is superficial and passive thinking. Thinking with strong problem consciousness can make people realize the problem and solve the problem as to have new findings.
