我国青少年体育俱乐部的评估研究

The Evaluation of the Youth Sport Clubs in China

通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和实地调查法,以我国青少年体育俱乐部为对象,在了解我国青少年体育俱乐部运行过程中存在问题的基础上对目前俱乐部评估工作进行了调查研究.分析了目前青少年体育俱乐部评估中存在的问题,提出了政府的行政评估和第三方评估机构的评估两种可行的评估模式,相对应的评估主体分别是政府机关和青少年体育俱乐部涉及的部门以及青少年体育俱乐部协会.另外,提出了青少年体育俱乐部的评估内容,包括组织管理、资源条件以及工作绩效三个方面.

By using the methods of documentary, questionnaires and interview, this paper makes a research on the state of evaluation of the youth sport clubs in China at the basis of the problems in running. In order to improve the sound and comprehensive development of the youth sport clubs, the paper offers two evaluation models： adminis- trative evaluation of the government and the evaluation from neutral institutions, of which, the evaluation subjects are government and the relevant bureaus as well as the youth sport club association. It further points that the evaluation contents should include organization and management, facilities and achievements.
