摘要 实现内加热方式的关键是解决耐锌蚀材料问题。研制开发的耐锌蚀金属覆层材料,经多年试验证明该材料与熔锌不互溶,不被熔锌所腐蚀,其耐熔锌腐蚀寿命可与无机陶瓷材料相媲美。其强度和韧性远高于无机陶瓷材料,能经受锌液凝固时所产生的收缩力和生产过程中工件的机械碰撞,满足频繁启动锌锅的生产要求,完全适用于热镀锌行业中的恶劣工况条件。利用该材料在耐蚀、强度和导热性等方面的优良特性,成功地制造出效率高、寿命长、工作稳定的大功率加热器,用其直接加热锌液,实现了工业热镀锌内加热方式,节锌、节电。 The key to realize internalheating in hotdip galvanizing is the materials with good corrosion resistance to molten zincA metal composite material is developed with excellent corrosion resistance to molten zincIt is showed that the material is not wet,soluble and corroded in molten zincIts corrosion resistance is nearly as good as ceramic materialsMoreover,the toughness and strength of the material is much better than that of ceramic materialsA immersion tube heater with high thermal efficiency has been developed with this materials and immersion heating system has been built in industrial scale for hotdip galvanizing,which makes galvanizing with lower cost and higher thermal efficiency
