摘要
分析了摩擦焊接机床的传统控制系统的缺点,论述了以工业IPC计算机及通用操作系统为平台的新型焊接控制器的优点,给出了实现以这种平台为基础的新型控制器的体系结构及发展方向。
The research and analysis are made on the shortcomings of traditional control system for friction welding machine. A discussion is made on the advantage of new friction welding machine controller based on industrial PC(IPC) and universal operation system. An architecture of IPC based new controller is suggested and verified on a practical machine. The developing trends of such controller is also discussed.
