摘要
针对大部分刀具预调仪仅能测量刀具轮廓顶点坐标的情况,提出刀形测量的必要性。分析了刀具预调仪存在的13种结构误差的产生原因、性质及其对测量的影响,在现有结构的基础上给出了较为合理的刀具预调仪的结构方案设计,以及对结构误差的补偿方法。
The necessity for tool presetting instrument to measure tool shape is suggested most existing tool presetting instruments are only used to measure the coordinate of tool profile top. The cause, nature and measuring effect of 13 structural errors produced in existing presetting instruments are analysied. A rational architecture design error compensation method of tool presetting instrument are suggested based on existing architecture.
