摘要
培养会学习、会思考、求发展的创新型人才已成为时代发展的潮流,也是新课改奋斗的目标之一。教学评价作为首当其冲的改革要素,如何体现改革精神,如何促进学生的发展和教师水平的提升,这不仅仅涉及到评价形式是否转变的问题,更是评价理念是否渗透、转变的问题。
Cultivating creative talents who are good at learning and thinking is one of objectives of new curriculum reform.Teaching evaluation should be changed first in the new course reform.It is not only related to the change of evaluation forms but also related to the transform of evaluation concept and teaching reform ideas.
